All models are made-to-order and produced based on the specifications provided at the time of purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Orders will not begin production until any required deposit or full payment is received. Estimated production and delivery times may vary depending on order volume and customization requests. While we strive to meet all timelines, delays may occur and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues once the order has been shipped.

If a model arrives damaged or with broken parts due to transit, we will replace the affected components. Customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and may be asked to provide photos of the damage.

All designs, models, and content produced are the intellectual property of this business and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
