Hi, I'm Wade Watts — the founder of Thrust Labs and the person printing, packing, and shipping every single order from Nashville, Tennessee.

Thrust Labs started because I got tired of the same problem every aviation enthusiast runs into — the model kits available are either too small to be impressive or so expensive they're untouchable. There was nothing in between. Nothing that felt substantial, looked great on a shelf, and was actually within reach for someone who just loves aircraft.

So I built it myself.

Every Thrust Labs kit is precision 3D printed to order on professional grade equipment, right here in Nashville. No factory. No warehouse. No middleman. Just me, my printers, and a genuine obsession with getting every detail right.

The 1:50 scale isn't arbitrary — it's the sweet spot between presence and practicality. Large enough to command a room. Detailed enough to impress anyone who looks closely. And priced so that building one doesn't require a second mortgage.

I'm currently building the very first completed Thrust Labs 777 myself and documenting every step on TikTok. Every kit that ships funds the next model, the next aircraft, and the next step in building something I'm genuinely proud of.
