Due to the made-to-order nature of each model, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and the condition in which it arrives. If your model is damaged during transit or arrives with any broken parts, we will gladly replace the affected components to ensure your model is complete and meets expectations.
